DAṆḌANῙTIPRAKAKAṆAM-OR CRIMINAL JURISPRUDENCE (Marathi)

Had "Daṇḍanῑti" of Keṥava Paṇḍita accompanied "Indian-Criminal Jurisprudence of Ancient and Historic Times ", it should have proved of greater importance and advantage as an illustration of the nature of the compilations of our great Hindu preceptors of the past. The value of Keṥava-Paṇḍita's “Daṇḍanῑti” is, however, no way small as it would by itself demonstrate the administrative and cultural advance fostered by the great Marāṭhā King Śivajῑ while he had busied himself in hard struggles and heroic conquests for the establishment of his political and territorial supremacy in India.
